At our location in Keltern, industrial area IKG Dammfeld, we are currently looking for a full-time:

Commercial Employee – Office Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks as an organizational talent

  • Telephone and written customer support (national and international)
  • Preparation of invoices and certificates
  • Order processing from entry to customs clearance
  • Acquisition of new customers

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Relevant professional experience in export or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills and good command of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Structured and reliable working style
